Pretty sure the Mango Mussolini is just poorly endowed, though. Steroids help* with rapid weight loss as well as muscle building and he doesn't look like he's ever done either..
*Edit: other than some nasty if not life threatening side effects when not used properly in consultation with a good doctor, of course. Didn't mean to endorse steroid abuse 😂
Because height and build tends to be influenced much more heavily by your same sex parent than the other one. Dunno why, but that's how it almost always works 🤷
