TS4 players, what do you usually do with Newcrest?
I like making it Community Hub Central with a few residences. That includes unofficial venues like an arcade and event hall.
Bonus question: Would you want to have another empty world in the future? I'd welcome it.

When I played The Sims 4, I had a mixed use plan. Residential homes and businesses interspersed throughout Newcrest. Naturally, I had a decent looking park which had skill building objects for anyone a teen and up. I think that I had a faked grocery store with a functional café attached, clothing store, tech repair and goods shop.
