This data shouldn't be displayed like this. This is a cumulative distribution function, displayed as a bar chart. As this is cumulative data, it should be displayed continuously with a line or an area.

It's not just the 0% and -100% that's weird...

Like, the graph is just wrong in a lot of different ways. Not just that, you don't seem to understand what a distribution is.

So knowing a disproportionate amount of women who are 5'-10" and over means I must live in the enlightened zone of the 99th percentile.
