Whatever you want. Since its a semi-private instance you can create and moderate your own communities.

Curious because I'm new.... What makes the instance semi-private? Is it just that the instance is small, or is there a setting that makes finding things harder for other instances?

Cool, wasn't sure if there were rules or anything around this. I guess as long as folks stay civil it doesn't much matter. It's pleasant that that's more or less the norm in whole swaths of the fediverse here.
