Invalid Access Code and inaccurate images.

I have been getting "Invalid Access Code" error ever since last night. I have no ad blockers on, and it seems as if this is happening with other people as well. Along with this, a lot of the images seem to be inaccurate or just looks completely different from the prompt. I don't know why this is happening, please fix it if possible.
