He shouldn't be denied it based on being a fuckwit, but I think it's perfectly reasonable for them to not do business with a nazi.

I actually strongly disagree I think someone being a massive idiot is a great reason not to let them open a factory. It’s pretty good evidence that they are likely to do a whole bunch of dumb shit and probably cost lives if they’re allowed to open it. But also he’s a Nazi which is an even stronger argument so yeah.

We havnt gatekept opening factories based on being dickheads before. I don’t think it would be good grounds for government to start doing so. It just seems too arbitrary and open to abuse. Being a nazi, though. Well, that’s war criminal shit, and goes to character, which is required for many licenses.

It's the whole, "we don't need to cut down our pollution because people are polluting a lot more elsewhere" BS excuse again. Let Tesla build their shitty factory wherever they are actually well received, and watch them get shafted when Tesla goes under within 4 years.
