Appwrite announced the launch of Appwrite Sites, calling it "The open source Vercel alternative"

I learned about Appwrite from the entry in the selfh.st newsletter. It looks like an open source (BSD-3 Clause license) alternative to Google's Firebase and other BaaS platforms:

I haven't tried it, but it looks neat

Just might want to be aware they have tens of millions in VC funding, and I've also seen them manipulate self-promotion on Reddit like here.

Appwrite and Supabase are both very promising open source "serverless" solutions.
