I like dinosaurs. I haven't actually seen Jurassic Park, I just know it through Pop Cultural Osmosis as the movie where scientists remake dinosaurs and it goes wrong because they eat people. I was wondering if anyone here has played both Jurassic World Evolution and its sequel Jurassic World Evolution 2, and if so what the differences are and which you like better.

1 has a better campaign
2 has way more stuff and features.
So, 1 if you want a good campaign, 2 if you want a better tycoon game (sandbox)

I mostly play sandbox for JWE and this is correct. The second one is a pretty fun tycoon/park builder. It has a lot of options to make it more story driven and campaign-like too. They did a pretty good job with it. Only complaint is over-reliance on DLC.

If you're willing to go old school, there is the Zoo Tycoon: Dinasour Digs expansion pack (it's rather expansive).
I don't mind isometric graphics (even prefer them on some level), but I can see if one has a different preference.
Another issue is that you can't get the original Zoo Tycoon on digital storefronts. This is not too much of an issue though.
