Is that strong dressed as preston in the last screnshot ? I guess that at least he doesn't send you to random quests xD

For some reason I can't reply directly to you. It's actually a mod that turns Preston into a super mutant. He does still give settlement quests, but I have a seperate mod that drastically reduces how often he gives them out.
