For those on the #CouchPeloton who might be interested in playing #7NationsDauphine but aren't sure of the rules it is pretty simple. You have a squad of 7 riders to fill and the only constraint is they are each from a different nation. Points are scored based solely on stage results.

Points are issued for each of your riders who finish the stage in the top 10, 20-16-13-10-8-6-4-3-2-1. The player with the most points at the end of the race wins. Anyone can play just submit a team tagged with #7NationsDauphine before km0 on stage 1. #CouchPeloton
