Nope, it will never work. You have two dogs, and no dog is the exact same speed as the other, so you will never go in a straight line. That is, if both of the dogs want to run that day. Otherwise, one of the dogs would experience what a shirt does in a washing machine.

Having a live axle between the two drive wheels and one way bearings connecting the dog wheels to said axle solves that problem.

Wierd how sled dogs can run together at the same speed. It's like they can be trained or something to work like teams or something.
