When I lived in Columbus, OH, there was a fast food chain called Bibibop that was basically chipotle but for bibimbap and it was awesome.

That looks delicious! Could you tell me how this works? Just chuck everything in for a certain amount of time or cook the rice first or...?

honestly it works like magic, as the rice cooks everything else just cooks too! plus the marinade and flavours all mix.

Oh love bibimbap, when the rice gets crunchy at the bottom...

Oh yeah. Stone bowl bibimbap is the best!
lycanrising@lemmy.world · 3 pts · 1y
yeah!! it’s not totally the same effect in a rice cooker but you can get a little crunch in there
Feddinat0r@feddit.org · 3 pts · 1y
Its maybe not the same, but i am sure, its close enough :)

oh it was delicious, this was my second time making it and i will absolutely be making it again!

This looks delicious, but you probably shouldn't eat it straight out of the rice cooker if you're using a fork. That nonstick coating will thank you.

oh 100%. i took the photo in place because that’s how it looks the best but then i mixed it and put it in a bowl to eat. very tasty just not as aesthetic 😂
