D4: it's not that theres nothing to do, theres just nothing to get

I enjoy the various endgame activities and tweaking my build to try new things. But it doesn’t seem right that I am only level 80 and haven’t gotten a piece of gear I care about in a long time. Grinding out those last Paragon points hardly seems worth it.

What? You aren't excited to find a dagger that deals an effective .03% more damage against distant green ghosts on federal holidays? How could gear possibly get any more exciting than that?

That would excite me! That’s how bad it is.

I was playing BG3 And getting sweet ass loot on a fair timetable, I am extremely powerful doing all stuff by end of act 2. I even look amazing and there was no cosmetic shop

To be fair, the in game cosmetics do look pretty good in d4. I doubt they’ll add anymore until an expansion though

Yeah but since there's no cutscenes I personally don't care much about what I looked like after finishing the story.

Yep, the loot is terrible. The legendaries are strictly worse than the rares after you have a healthy inventory of aspects. I’m only hunting uniques now, as the rares have 800 million affixes and never remotely close to what is needed.

If only more than ten percent of the uniques were of any use even for the build they are specifically made for.
