Any songs where you still find something new, even though you‘ve listened to it a hundred times already?
Can‘t come up with any right off the top of my head, although there are quite a handful of bassists like Jaco, Marcus Miller, Wooten and Evan Brewer that always impress me. What about some in a regular band?

After some thought, I believe Evan Brewers Currency is probably the bassline I've listened to the most, if you can call it that. His two handed tapping is brilliant and a huge part of my own warm up routine.
