Yeah same, I only started playing a few weeks ago so the timing is really good for me. Unfortunately they're not earned via straight XP like the live pass and require a new currency that's pretty slow to earn, plus you need to unlock each old pass for the equivalent of $10 each. And no bonus pages, like the notes mention.
Still, better than nothing. Been eyeing some stuff from the season 2 pass that look neat.
I've been at it since the open beta, so I have everything except the new bonus page for season 1. I'm still happy for any fellow gamer who's joining now or anyone who missed a season or two. Cause I know there are some sought after cosmetics in the earlier battle passes. I've seen the starter cable defibrillators mentioned a few times as an example.
