I take umbrage with the fight or flight one. Chickens can in fact fly. And sometimes it's fucking terrifying....
Not exactly the same video I was looking for, but 2000 chickens flying down a mountain for feeding.

Tbf, a baseball bat does not even slightly change the lethality of an ostrich. Even if you disarm it, you with a baseball bat has no greater of a chance against it. Allegedly.
