Thanks, I haven't read it all yet but it looks interesting. It hadn't occurred to me about the incandescant fridge light, but car headlamps also came to mind.

Still not enough for calibration. This sensor is not able to give you CRI or correct duv values. It can estimate the CCT, though.

No it isn't. It's more similar to the Opple Light Master in that it measures only a handful of wavelengths while the i1Pro has a resolution of 10nm across the whole visual spectrum (and a little outside it).
