I think that might be a sincere mistake? I've only seen, I don't know, 3-5 examples of this comic, but its humor seems to be predicated on a. Cozy close friends feeling (i.e., comfy rather than funny) and/or b. "light" humor (something you might chuckle at a sibling or good friend saying, rather than something you'd go to a professional comedian to hear).
I might be entirely wrong, but that's the vibe I got.
The 4 out of 5 dentists is a reference to commercials back in the day that had this weird tagline. I always found it weird and pretty sure it was created by a marketing company.
