You don't live that long as Supreme Leader to suddenly continue life cause some US dumbass attempt at a leader "vetoed" an attempt on your life by another attempt at a leader on which the US leader could lay full blame. 😂
He doesn't want a huge war that the US might get dragged into. He's been somewhat consistent about disliking drawn out conflicts out of pure self interest. They are usually a bad idea for presidential administrations, driven by the larger ambitions of the liberal empire. Trump cares not for the empire, only for himself.
I'm guessing this parallels the whole strike itself, where Trump says he was personally involved every step of the way, but everyone else says he wasn't.
