Firefox is already the best browser. And the best mobile browser, especially on Android, where it can really shine (since on iOS it's just rebranded WebKit).
A full, open ecosystem of desktop extensions on mobile is bound to create a huge value gap between Firefox and other browsers.
Mobile browsing without ads is such a refreshing experience.
Some apps show websites in the internal chromium webview, though and I am always unpleasantly surprised seeing websites in their natural state.
I'm having trouble reading the announcement; does this mean any extension I use on Firefox for Linux, I might be able to use on Android? LibRedirect is the main one I care about right now
Apparently, Firefox looks to see if it has the same extension and then pairs them. You don't actually get the original extension, just the Firefox version.
