Not the owner though and she is looking for a home, by the way.

I mean im like totally the one to tell my wife we can't have more animals but I don't know if I could not take this dog if I was that guy.

Dogs that alert naturally without training make the most reliable service dogs. They should have no trouble finding her a family by sharing this story
