Nice pic! Here is a juvenile Yellow-crowned Night Heron that was hanging out in my front yard.

Beautiful picture. I have seen two Grey Herons today. We call them Blauwe Reigers, which translates to Blue Heron. Quite confusing. One was juvinile sitting up a tree believe it or not and the other was hunting next to a small pond covered with reeds.
