I used to get really nervous every time I had to strike up a conversation. So, I decided to try out around 30 different psychology tricks — everything from power posing to subtle facial expressions.
Some of them actually worked, while others just made me feel a bit ridiculous. But overall, I’ve definitely gained a lot more confidence now.
If anyone’s interested, I jotted down all my findings in a little guide for myself.
I’m still figuring out the best way to share it without coming off like a salesperson — but I’d be more than happy to send a copy to anyone who wants it. Just let me know!

That... doesn't really explain anything, but good luck anyway.

I think they’re implying that they were looking for the community that would reach the most people.

Maybe post it in a comment here? I'd like to read it and I'm sure others would too.

Yeah, I am curious, too. Hopefully they share it

Did they send you the link too? Ngl I was actually thinking of throwing $2usd at it out of curiosity (even though I'm a mostly non-talking autistic, lmao) but I just noticed the '88' in op's username and yeah, nope. Not interested anymore.

Yeah, got a link in DM. Does seen a bit fishy, but I haven't opened it yet since I'm at work. Will check it out later

I'm honestly kinda surprised I missed their username earlier. I got really good at spotting the nazi dogwhistles in people's usernames in my last few years on reddit. Idk maybe I'm just out of practice since joining the fediverse.
