Yeah I think she might be a transform support, considering that the curious changelings is a transform card and have similar magic vibes to neeko
I later also noticed the fire blobs in the background, which probably means milio is being added as well. This begs the question of how they are going to put 3 shurimans (I think nidalee is hinted in the other artwork?) in the same expansion (well technically ixtali but still). Maybe shurima nidalee, runeterra milio and bandle neeko?

Considering the foreground character's skin patterns, I think they might be neeko's followers (the the foreground character might be neeko herself?)
