Definitely not 50bmg. It is some sort of comblock cartridge, with a lacquer coated steel case. It is probably a 14.5x114mm and the black over red tip indicates Soviet API.

Knew this big 6foot+ guy who loaded 9mm extra spicy. Fired two of his reloads and then switched ammo. Pretty sure he blew up 2 or 3 guns
