I disagree π is the most rational number you could ever put.

It encompasses every other possible number combination you could ever think of.

Now putting something like 42 that's just nonsense

It encompasses every other possible number combination you could ever think of.

Allegedly.

Eh prove me wrong

entwine413@lemm.ee · 22 pts · 1y (1 reply)

That would be irrational of me

Touche good sir

KingJalopy@lemm.ee · 5 pts · 1y

That would take forever

Pi doesn't contain a 10^9999999999^ long string of (uninterrupted) 1s.

You can verify it.

How?

yetAnotherUser@discuss.tchncs.de · 3 pts · 1y

Try to find it - you won't succeed.

Therefore it doesn't exist.

the burden of proof is on you

π is the only rational number in base π.

Also every base is base 10.

cley_faye@lemmy.world · 5 pts · 1y

I'm going to use base π from time to time.

The ultime "all numbers" formula is still \d+

don@lemm.ee · 7 pts · 1y (2 replies)

That barely qualifies as a start. They have a long way to go.

The only rational response is to grab a can of spray paint and graffiti the door with "~355/113"
