France implements smoking ban at beaches and parks in step towards ‘tobacco-free generation’

All smoking regulations need to apply to vaping also, otherwise it'll be pointless.

Isn't this a bit much? Smoking is bad, but smokers gotta do it somewhere. Outside seems good to me.
