Wind and solar companies were already bracing for Congress to end federal subsidies. But the Senate bill goes even further and penalizes those industries.
If you want this to change, it means calling your rep and senators — especially if they're Republicans.

It's not the NYT blocking you directly. They use a third party tool for detecting bots. It's possible your IP address isn't just used by you, but it's also possible your device has a set of fingerprints that is setting off detections. Without knowing your IP address I can't tell you more.
