Only CRI 80? That's not enough to really enjoy the sh... I mean, inspect and clean.
Does it have PWM?

80 is plenty here. I'll take the higher efficiency so the battery lasts longer. If they were plugged in then maybe I'd want higher.
I can't see or hear any PWM so that's satisfactory. I haven't checked with my phone camera though.

How often do you have to charge them and how long do they actually last with a charge? Are they magnetic or in some kind of fixture?

Depends on usage and what size light your order but I have these in our bedroom closets and kitchen cabinets and they last 1-3 months of daily use between charges. They are super nice to have, I'd recommend them.
