If you are asking why migrate from lemm.ee to piefed.social instead of just abandoning it as a whole and using lemmy.ml community then, it is mostly because !india@lemmy.ml has no active moderator. I previously made a post about it here, how they removed the only active moderator https://piefed.social/post/736106 . Also, not exactly fond of dot ml instances moderation.
