So i decided to move away from lemmy.ml looking for new instances where i can create india related communities like IndiaFood, IndiaPolitics, CityNews etc.
I gave piefed.social a try but seems like it does not accept registrations from indian IP. It seems counterintuitive to host a community on a instance which does not welcome users from the country which the community belongs to.
So what are the options here.

Piefed.social started blocking creation of new accounts from India, Bangladesh and Pakistan etc. because of bot farms, which is quite unfortunate. If you really like piefed.social, you might try creating a new account using VPN. Otherwise, have you checked out https://lemmy.dbzer0.com/ ?

Have you tried lemmy.zip, sh.itjust.works, lemmy.world, etc?

Yes they are good but my OCD is trying to get it perfect. Here are some objections I feel. lemmy.zip is very tech focused. sh.itjust.works sounds like shitpost community. lemmy.world is too big but works maybe I'll look into it.
Currently looking at beehaw as good option

You could try a different piefed instance. There is feddit.online, piefed.world, and piefed.zip off the top of my head.
