That has to be so frustrating for them and people who reserved. I’m not at all impacted at all but I’m cheering them on as I like the idea of an alternative.

First impressions are tough to beat. Personally I’m disappointed but not giving up. They have a long way to go before frustrating people the way BC Ferries does.
