How do they make baby tanks?

I've only ever seen boy tanks. How do they make baby tanks if there aren't any girl tanks?

Oh that's an easy one.

If olive oil is made out of olives, then baby tanks are made out of uteruses, obviously.

I'll never look at peanut butter the same way again.
