I've noticed that, on feddit.online, some communities have posts pinned that are not pinned on the original server. I'm assuming that the "unpin" notification didn't make it to this server.
What would be a good way of handling that? Should we just post here asking for those to be unpinned? Can we become a moderator with very limited abilities, only having the ability to remove a pin? It only seems to happen once every few months, so it's not that big of a problem.

- There is one pin from today, which should be there
- Another pin from five months ago (https://feddit.online/post/357305) should be removed
- The third one from nine months ago (https://feddit.online/post/29130) should also be removed

I went ahead and unpinned them. Thanks for pointing it out.
I don't see any way to set a moderator to just be able to unpin.

The developers said this is a common issue in Lemmy as well, but they made a change to fix these during the weekly maintenance run, so they will automatically unpin within a week if they don't happen automatically.
