I think neither, though I do prefer Frank's for wings.
I'd be more of a mango habanero kind of a guy for this, but honestly the grill wings taste so good with just the rub on them I would worry about saucing them with something hot that masks the flavor.

I have an (Kurkuma) Ghost Pepper / Mango sauce, but its just too much for wings.. I love the sauce, but I can't create a good sauce volume/heat combination unfortunately...
Like, I like that heat when catered tho the type and volume of food. But for 12 wings it is too much

Little done on the wings, have a few choice dipping sauces nearby. This looks fantastic. Needs a gelato or ice cream nearby. Nice photo!
