You definitely have to place the black stencil first when making this. I’d you don’t you might have some explaining to do.
If you'd look carefully, you'd notice that the red is in fact on top of the black paint.
I thought the point of these is that you reuse already existing swastikas.
I saw one the other day and someone just painted over it and wrote "fuck nazis" which I liked
