I was shadowbanned from reddit when I shared the popmart discord link with commenters in the skullpanda subreddit who were asking for the invite link. I didnt know this was not allowed and now I've been shadowbanned for what feels like forever. I only wanted to expand the skullpanda/popmart community.
I have been appealing every day. Dear reddit, if you recover my account, I promise never to try and simply help another human being who shares an interest with me again.
Please let me back in 😔

Bro just make a new account. Your fake Internet points don't mean anything. Take some pictures of cats and post some stupid title and get a bunch of fake Internet points if you really care.

That can be a quick way to get device / IP banned if you do it wrong

They also track your unique phone identifiers and your browser. Better be good at scrubbing

Right, I've heard of others getting banned completely after making new accounts.

Gmail has pretty good trust scores when it comes to bot check. Much better than many other mass providers.

YOU WOULD need a new IP, device, and different browsers than your using, reddit also tracks browser fingerprinting and canvasses, other additional is look your device components, time zone,,,,etc.

Do none of that. Just use a different email.

that used to be the case, but reddit AI moderation/filters is to aggressive for that now.

At some point you have to just let it go.

shadowbans are pretty hard to get around with, unless your using the above methods which will cost money. if it was just a regular permaban, you might be able to get away, by waiting a month or 2 and making a new account in a different IP location, like a library or university.

If you live in the EU you can submit a GDPR complaint because shadowbanning is illegal.
EDIT: Oh it might actually be DSA and not GDPR.
