....This TERF does realize that HRT is also used by ciswomen to lessen the negative impacts of Menopause, right?

Yeah that was my first thought. With the mention of exploring the calm of balanced hormones comment especially. I would be willing to bet this is a cis woman using hormone therapy to help with a bad menopause.
