This one's connected to an earlier one where there's a sign saying look out for Jimmy cool and he's just chilling under it looking cool and shit. Can't remember the "punchline" exactly but I think it was about not being sure about Jimmy Cool.
It only makes sense if you see the first one. I'm only saying this because it's the first time I actually got it and kinda laughed at it.
It is extremely rare for a theme week to have an actual story arch. Normally it's "something went wrong with the X". Which is obviously not the way to end a Jimmy story.
