Can Google Home trigger Recording ?

Picked up some argus track cameras due to living in a rental house

I'm wondering if Google Hone can trigger recording if I added seperate motion sensors thet work with Google home

I'm aware of Home Assistant but that is currently not feasible for reasons I will not disclose
