My first Dutch baby

Ate it with tons of maple syrup (man this is fucking expensive here in Germany...). Pan is a petromax FP25.

This looks awesome!

Do you have a recipe? I've been thinking about trying this a lot.

It's this recipe, but it's in German.

Nice! My SO and I usually make a berry compote to go with a Dutch baby (plus maple syrup, of course). Just simmer some berries (fresh or frozen) with sugar and citrus (zest and/or juice of lemon, lime, orange) for 15 minutes or so while you preheat the oven and make the Dutch baby.

The height you got on that is impressive! Well done!

I've never heard of this but it looks so good. All I've got is a tiny skillet; a suitable size for making eggs but I'm not sure what else. Is this something I can make with such a small pan?
