Fox Corp. Extends IndyCar Media Rights, Acquires 33% Stake in Penske Entertainment

The media company announced that it acquired a one-third interest in Penske Entertainment, which owns the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the NTT IndyCar open-wheel racing series and IMS Productions. The deal includes a multiyear extension of Fox Sports‘ media rights for IndyCar.
