The estimate that got posted; she certainly swindled for a lot more than what was needed to cover the bill. Back to school shopping should fun with all that extra $$$$
She will never change. I know things happen and as an owner of an animal you have to adapt. Sometimes quickly. What a horrible life she has never knowing where she will get money when she has to adapt quickly. SMH
