Yeah. I gave up on trying to find heels (that, for now, I'd only wear inside the home). Shoes are $$$ (expensive). Also, I've found them to be one of the tougher things to figure out my size for. Are you interested in any particular types of footwear?

In US sizes, men's are 2 lower than women's.

Width and arches are trickier.
