That's definitely it. I get adults of it around my house frequently. I've just never seen a nymph of it before

I have a picture of one of these in my camera roll from a few years ago. I am in north eastern Washington. I was never able to identify it.

The way it moves reminds me of a psudoscorpion. I definitely never seen one looks like lint though
