Unfortunately not real. Frodo's "pixels" don't match up with the distinct LCD pixel grid of the calculator.
Edit: and if I remember right, the pixels on these only did on/off, no shades of grey.

There are no grey pixels on a TI-84 LCD screen. if you look close you can see the grey pixels are actually... partially filled? this is so fake
