For any anglophones confused about the context of the song, it's a collab between a Québécois and an Acadian artist. "St Han" refers to la Saint-Jean-Baptiste, the national holiday of Québec, and "quinzou" is August 15th ("quinze août" in French, colloquially known as quinzou) which the the Acadian national holiday.
