Not really. I've found tons of paydirt balls deep in the next button. Half of all porn is poorly named, tagged, and categorized, so trying a different search term or site will yield most of the same results with like a 10-20% variance — a similar variance can often be found by just clicking next a few times.
This is like the anxiety that creates the sunk cost fallacy. It's gotta be right there just a bit more time. We've spent so much already it'll be there soon.
Reminds me of that one dude who tried to find his partner cheating on him based on a rumor. Dude's history was hoooours of searching porn. That was legendary.
