Notable characters: N/A but I think they wore helmets with visors when riding the jet skis
Notable gameplay mechanics: You raced on jet skis, the water had strong waves at times, I believe you held down the left side of the screen to go left and vice versa
Other details: I think there were traffic light things to start the race and I remember you had to jump over another part of the track on one of the races. I think there were boost/launchpads.
