Hey all!
I have a question: I own a raspberry pi zero and and a few old android phones.
I was wondering if it would be possible to connect on of the screens to the pi?
If so, it would be just a great way to recover some electronics that is just collecting dust
Thanks! 🙏

Possible yes but really hard due to proprietary connector, missing data specs and likely having to code the display in the kernel manually. If you’re up for it. It’ll be a fun project tbh. But it’d be easier to use a standard display imo.

With the datasheet of the screen, maybe, but it will not be easy

That’s not what I’m looking for, I’m talking about broke phones but working screens
(Taking the screen from the phone and connect to pi)
